Had to wait 2 hours for the food to arrive and then when it did was missing items. Called to advise what was missed and was given a rude attitude response, when I tried asking how long I'd have to wait as food would get cold they hung up on me. Food is always nice but wait time and service needs to be better. Meal deal
Had ordered food to be delivered for myself and my Partner we had a wait of over 2hr, when the food finally arrived some bits were missing. We phoned up to ask for them and to explain we had be waiting to only be put on hold for 10 minutes for an answer for missing food, when finally spoken to was very rude and as we were talking they hung up on us. Very rude customer service and slow delivery.
Went today and tried their new style menu which you chose what you like -2 courses for £15.50. When 2 people, on each course you can choose 6 options per course. Great to try a bit of everything. It was delicious and freshly cookedFood: 5/5
I’ve only had takeaway’s from this restaurant and have not had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant. I will do so as soon as my wife recovers from a serious fall; hence the takeaway. I digress! The food here is really very good indeed. I think it’s the best Chinese I’ve eaten in Spalding. Whilst only having takeaways, which are never as good as eating in the restaurant, they have travelled well, remained hot and tasted marvellous. I can’t wait to try this food straight from the kitchen on to the table with a nicely chilled bottle of Chablis Dietary restrictions: My wife is coeliac and therefore gluten free - advice on what she could eat was excellent! Even the Singapore vermicelli is GF.
Food was really lovely, was missing prawn toast. I asked them to bring it to me I was still waiting after an hour, I rang back to cancel it , they try to make out that I had got it and I didn’t they also refused to give me my money back not happy
If I could leave no starts I would be ! Absolutely disgusted by what I have revived this evening, we ordered over £50 worth of food of which we thought was coming from the Holbeach branch but it was swapped over to Spalding without being notified and if we had of know this we would have gone elsewhere . Food was very bland and salad with our crispy Aramatic duck was soggy and was definitely not fresh in anyway, not only this but it was cold aswell . When we rang up to complain we was being bounced of each branch with no one wanting to take responsibility for anything. Would tell you to 100% to go elsewhere!!!!!
The delivery lady was kinda rude when giving us our food. Crispy won ton were really good as well as chicken chow main. Honey roasted pork was chewy and really dry so 1/10 for this. Egg fried rice was also really dry and barely had taste. Only thing that's saving my review is chicken noodles soup. IT'S SO GOOD. Bye

Best place of Spalding to eat inn , couldn’t say the same about takeaways. But in restaurant is always fresh and nicely cooked food
Use shanghai very regular and food is hit and miss. But this time and what will be the last time they missed the smoked chicken and fu yung off the order when I phoned the young lad simply said its not they're problem they always double check it and then hung up the phone . Thanks for the appreciation of our loyalty. We will of course use a different Chinese next time
