Very disappointed with the service as I paid 30£ for my dog to get his hair cut. Nothing much was done just cut a little at his face and paws. And when my partner asked why didn't cut all the hair the lady said that the dog didn't stayed. Firstly he is a puppy, is 4 months still a puppy .. Never been before to this and should take time and be calm and gentle with the dog. Not professional at all and very upsetting . Second after this experience when I tried to brush  with a soft brush his hair he was very scared and didn't was wanted to stay anymore which he was used to stay at me very calm when I brush his hair. My suggestion if the company can't do a full service which is payed for it at least give to the customer half of the money back . And in the future to be and learn how to be calm especially with new puppies. I will never come back here with my dog.

Very welcoming and friendly.  Our two Cockapoo's love going to Shampoodled to have their grooms.  Natalie is very professional and is a pet a lover, she takes her time when grooming and you can clearly see she loves her job.  I would recommend Shampoodled for your dog to be given quality grooming and care.

Natalie does a great job of our cocker spaniel - always just as we like him and he smells gorgeous afterwards too! . And he always looks quite happy to head off down the drive with her when we drop him off, which makes us think he must enjoy his little pamper session too!

Fantastic!  My first experience of a groomer and it was great even with added complications of covid 19.  My doggy came out more gorgeous than ever and was happily running from me to her which shows he was happy with her too.  I'm a new regular!  Thank you x

This dog groomer is superb! I would highly recommend her.  I have two schnauwzers and one is very nervous but this lady was able to groom him, even his ears and nails which he hates having done  . They even got a Christmas treat and a bow for their harness! so cute Fantastic service we will see you again soon.

Brought my chihuahua Lola in as she needed a good wash but also a nail trim. Natalie did an amazing job really pleased with the great service and Lola still smells clean and fresh!!! Would definitely recommend and it was all for a great price!!

I forgot to review in December when i brought Alfie for a good pamper, this lady was lovely and welcoming very good with my nervous jackawawa. I loved the touch at xmas little doggy bag with some treats and a xmas card very sweet. I have shared on facebook and recommended you to my mum i believe she will be contacting you shortly regarding Toby : Also the products you use are fantastic he smelt and still does smell lovely. I took my dog Molly to shampoodled and was really impressed with the service. She was given a lovely bath and fur trim and she came back home looking and smelling lovely. Would deffinetley recommend!

We took our 2yr old Sprockerpoo for his first ever groom yesterday and he looks amazing! Highly recommended!
