We went to the Shalimar tonight. The food was scrumptious and the staff were lovely and friendly. They even helped me mend my heel on my shoe for my way home. Can definitely recommend. When we next visit Harrogate we will be sure to dine here again!
Food was absolutely amazing, staff was great. And Jamil took care of me. Would definitely go there again. Went back next day also for dinner. Place was packed next day, had king prawn curry was amazing.
Great sizzler started. The lamb main was absolutely superb. Will definitely go back one of the best curries around. Nom nom!!!!

Fabulous meal. Lovely starters and mains. Very smart surroundings and excellent staff.
The meal was perfect. We had a set menu meal, which consisted of three courses. All the courses were cooked to perfection. The service was very good & social distance rules were followed. I would certainly go back again.
This is, in my opinion, the most consistently good curry house in Harrogate. I have tried a fair few as well. Just for clarity we usually order take away but have eaten in on the odd occasion. The staff are friendly and I can't recall them getting an order wrong in the years I have been going. The food is always superb!
Lovely meal tonight as a vegetarian. We had a bhaji starter between us which was excellent and full of different flavours and textures. Then we ordered some vegetarian side dishes and a full tarka dal to share. The dishes were very good but the tarka dal was a little disappointing and lacked flavour.
