Best service today by Daisy! Went to buy a milkshake with a friend. Today for the first time we were greeted with a smile and spoken to by the staff. Usually the staff is rude without a smile and come across as if they do the job because they have to. It really is a shame as the drink itself is amazing. Daisy well done & keep up your amazing customer service skill!
Terrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting 25 minutes for a milkshake, the kid working on the counter has 2 gears: slow and reverse / was chatting to his colleague more than serving and making milkshakes must have been a hard Christmas day!
Another good service today and my first time visiting this store in Crawley. Slightly slower service then I’ve had in other branches but unlike some of the rude people I witnessed today it was still acceptable considering it’s hand made to order, staff apologised every customer for any delays due to being understaffed due to sickness. Be careful taking advice from “local guides” in other reviews, if it’s any of the few rude people I watched talking to staff today then it’s neither helpful or true. Just your typical “I want something free” review!
Service pretty much non existent, waited 25 mins for a milkshake just to be asked 20 mins in what our order was again. Not worth the price either.
This one is located in the county mall I’m Crawley on the first floor near food court ..... it has different varieties of shakes , soda shakes , coolers and slushes . I have attached the menu for reference on what options are available ... I have tried different varieties but did not find it that great .... good thing is they also do dairy free options for our vegan friends too
The guy serving looks half dead. He coughed into his gloves multiple times and wiped his nose with the same gloved hands that he's used to serve the customers in front. Besides the poor hygiene, the service is terrible, taking 20 minutes so far to serve 3 people. Save your time and health by going anywhere but here.
Very happy with the service this morning, the lady behind the till was very sweet and pleasant! Will definitely be returning!
I chose the Ahmad milkshake, and I ordered cream. They forgot the cream so had to ask for it because I payed for that! The matcha and mango was far to overpowered by the blueberry and there was far too much sugar in the drink! Extremely overpriced! Don't think I will be going here again.
Extremely poor service .We had to wait 30 mins in front of the till to get our order placed and another 10 mins to get the order in hand in spite of being ready
If I could give 0 I would, but I can’t, so have a 1 star. Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Working in the industry myself, I know what standards need to be met when serving customers. The girls were so rude, the one stood at the til serving said I could pay with cash after I asked and then said she didn’t have change and that I must pay on card, I paid and made a comment after about the situation, to which she shouted down the counter rudely “you can have a refund if you want” to which I replied it’s fine! Another family were sitting waiting for a drink, the blonde girl started arguing with them about a mix up over an order of one drink, suggesting that the customer was wrong about what they ordered, they didn’t apologise or offer to make another drink for the customer, and then started muttering between themselves rudely. I hope the manager sees this, I was there on 18/4/21 around 12pm, there was an Asian girl with glasses wearing a mask on her chin and a blonde girl with curly hair in a messy bun on the top of her head they seriously need to be replaced ASAP!
