Went today and asked the staff if they could open the toilets the staff mimicked us and said they don’t lock the toilets, but whenever we come they do. We ordered 2 chips and a burger, the food is nice and it’s very warm inside the building but the staff are extremely rude. We were asked to leave for apparently “harassing” the staff. We tried to clean up but they rudely kicked us out. Overall don’t recommend coming to shake down especially after 6pm because the 2 girls who work there are so rude and talk to there customers badly , bare in mind us being there and buying food is what’s paying their bills.

food is always really nice sadly got to me cold and milkshake melted. I can see it said on receipt ready for pick up at 13.40. I live 5 mins away and uber got it me at 14.15 so can only assume it was sat going cold on the side for half hour and milkshake melted. A cold wrap i could still eat but chips were inedible
Best Beef Burger in Town!nTried the beef burger 4 paties today 19/10/25afternoon, and it was absolutely amazing! Juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can tell the chef really knows what he’s doing — every bite was delicious. The owner should definitely keep this chef — he’s making the best burger around! Highly recommend!
Was my first time at shakedown yesterday and it definitely won't be my last , was served by Declan who welcomed me and explained the menu to me in detail. I probably asked too many questions but he was more than happy to answer each one. I got exactly what i wanted ! Outstanding customer service , his approch and desire to look after each customer was rare and amazing to see ! Credit to the store and hospitality, Food was perfect , place was clean 5 stars would give more if I could.
