We got a great tasty milkshake for my daughter which she enjoyed. Only downside it was a long wait, till it was ready for her. Whilst other customers who had been behind her were served quickly. But she said it was worth the wait.

Loads of choice and vegan options, perfect. The staff was lovely and helpful and the shake was AMAZING.

Went to shakeaholic in the metro centre and the queue was out the door and didn't change as we moved closer. Your order is taken at the back of the shop and then your herded like cattle closer to the exit before receiving your order. The milkshake was nice and as expected however the customer service was not the best. The order was somehow messed up and my drink offered to another person as their system for service obviously doesn't work. The person ahead of me didn't order what they were offered my drink so they shouted my drink until I came forward to collect it. I then had to wait for my other drink to be prepared while I had the staring customers ahead of me wondering how I got my drink before them. If none of this happened, shakeaholic would have received a better rating however here we are.

Absolutely lovely team! Ordered a shake off Deliveroo, not realising that they had closed. They went through the effort of making it for me and it was delivered with a lovely note saying “enjoy your milkshake! Love, the Shakeaholic team”. It really made my week since I was having a really bad one. Thank you so much!

Amazing choice of milkshakes and tasty but the price always puts me off a bit. They don't take long to make the milkshake and I love that you get to watch them make it. Staff could do with smiling they never seem happy to be there.

My favorite place to be. The variety is phenomenal! Lovely staff, professional and polite, so friendly and welcoming. A must if your in Metrocentre. Highly recommend. Warning.  you will become addicted!

Great quick service but I find it a bit pricey. I paid £3.45 for a medium shake for my 8 year old daughter made from a Nutella Be Ready bar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream & a cup of milk. Tasted good but Not sure id go back at those prices.

Very nice small shop, good selection however the only thing stopping it from getting a 5 star is the waiting times for the drink itself to be made and the PRICE, way too expensive, the raw materials are only pennies yet they make around a markup of £4.50, 5 quid is too much for a milkshake with no whipped cream or any extras.

Loads of different combinations of flavours.
