Hit n miss ,some days its very good other day its just below average . Chef liked to be asked then he make it nice and up to your standard, despite all this its still my atleast once a week order place. Very affordable and generous portions.Food: 3/5

The best food always !! Been using shahanaz for 10 years never ever had a bad meal they are always super polite and willing to change things on menu if needed the food is always piping hot and always beautiful!!

I've had 2 meals from shahnaz and I've just ordered my 3rd. The first 2 have been great. The meals are of average size, it arrived on time and has been hot, and tastes nice.

Absoutly disgusting survice.Ordered a set meal for 2 on Friday 3rd of April. I ordered it at 7.30pm it was ment to turn up at 8.40 which I thought was a bit long but thought o well it is Friday night. How wrong was I. It was then put back to 9.40 which is not acceptable at all. I tried ringing this restaurant 55 times to find out were my food was and I had no answer all night. In the end I ordered a dominos pizza which turned up in about 15 mins. I then woke up to a phone call at 12.04 saying my food was out side. Hahahahahahahah. 4 and a half hours to wait for food is not acceptable. Its absolutely disgusting service if you can even call this a service. I told them to take this back i do not want it now and I want a full refund. The driver didn't realy care just said he's a driver. I had to be up at 4.50am also, so I realy don't know why this restaurant thinks its acceptable to deliver a service like this. 4.5 hours wait for food is not acceptable and to not even answer the phone. I have had my full refund after complaining to just eat. I just hope this doesn't happen to others.  I want to give this a zero star rating but there is not an option to do this. I placed an order today on the 31st August around 8pm, the order said it would arrive between 9pm - 9:20 pm. When I checked at 9:20 it was still being prepared, then at 9:25pm it was on its way. However the food was not on its way and when it came to 10pm and the food still had not arrived I called the restaurant and the person on the phone barely spoke any English so just shouted at me! And when I said is it coming he shouted at me again and said “coming now” and then put the phone down on me. This is absolutely disgusting service and I will be putting a bad review! The lack of customer service and seeing to customers first is diabolical, and when I rang the guy back and told him it’s rude to put the phone down n it’s not acceptable he said “complain then” and hung up again! It’s absolutely awful how they treat people in this place and they should not continue getting money from people! I do not recommend them at all and they do not deserve your service.

Disgrace...Ordered meal for 8.40, still waiting at 9.40, just eat app said 10.10 and we cancelled, really angry with the total lack of service and common decency. This "Restaurant" needs to stop doing takeaway.

Worst takeaway I have ever ordered, undercooked samosas, they were still white! Mushroom & keema rice also undercooked along with the chips. Curry tasted burnt and was swimming in oil. Shockingly bad, had to bin the lot.

Worst curry I ever had. I has Shahnaz's bhosserie da pani all over it and it smelt of bloody bengali fish. Still ate it tho and it was somewhat peng like Shahnaz's bund yaar. Benchode balti will always be the best because they make goll goll rotiyah on a gas cooker, British Gas

Order via just eat it said up to 50 minutes after I pressed order it then said 1 hour 20 food arrived cold curry spilt in bag cold rice and chips, about a thumb full of meat in the keema nam and soft poppadoms I wondered why no1 has ever recommended ordering from here and the staff just say oh well when u tell them  whata waste of money
