I am the real fans of Shahi Tandoori Takeaway from many years, reading the people's bad review below I am not really surprised because I have a trust and faith of this Indian takeaway who is never let their customer turn away. Last night I've ordered butter chicken dish with rice & nan was absolutely delicious. They prepared freshly and hot dishes with quick delivery to my door step. I would highly recommend everyone to order @SHAHI TANDOORI takeaway who loves the real Indian foods.
Amazing food! melt in your mouth lamb, tender chicken every dish bursting with flavour. Shahi is the only indian we order from now because it's the BEST! you wont be dissapointed.
Taste to perfection! Today I ordered the chili chicken tikka bhuna alongside other items from Shahi Tandoori and I must say that I have never tasted anything like this before. Amazing service and would recommend this to others! 10/10
I'm preety sure what was delivered wasnt Lamb Karahi. It was sweet with 5 tiny bits of lamb and the rest of the container was full of sauce, onions and tomatoes. The sauce is gone as I needed something to dip my naan as hardly any meat. This is all the veg in my dish which is going in the bin. Not happy
Overall, I wasn't really impressed with this takeaway. The main reason was that we ordered a chicken Bhuna and a chicken Kurma which was pretty much the same curry. Upon arrival, both of the curries looked similar apart from the colour. Having had plenty of bhuna's in my lifetime, I know that there are usually tomatoes and onions in the sauce. This bhuna was just a creamy sauce with chicken and no vegetables to be seen! Feeling a little bit suspicious I received the wrong curry, I tried it and it tasted really strongly of coconut, then obviously tasted the other one, and it tasted identical! I rang up the takeaway straight away to voice my concern and I was pretty much shooed off and was told that if I liked it a certain way, I should have told them at time of ordering, which I'm sorry is a complete cop out. I've never had to explain how I'd like my curry to be made to anyone especially when I thought I was just ordering a standard dish off the menu. There was no resolution or accountability from the takeaway, and made me feel like I was in the wrong. I would also like to add, the photo of a bhuna on one of the reviews on google looks very different to what I received, which just reassures me that we received a different dish vs what we actually ordered! attached a photo of what we received for ref. It's sad really because the rest of the order was lovely garlic naan, onion bhaji, poppadoms, rice etc, and delivery was prompt but on this occasion I wouldn't purchase from here again due to the poor customer service and poor curries.

Best Indian and Bangladeshi takeaway in Bermondsey. Lamb biryani was delicious samosas fresh and crispy and chicken tandoori best I ever ate.Fully recommended, I am ordering very often from them and never was disappointed.Once again Best Indian Bangladesh food in the area!!
They serve one of the best Indian food in Bermondsey area! The veg Jalfrazi main dish tasted really good! It was really spicy , the way we wanted!, and had so many veggies ! So tasty n healthy! It was flavourful. The tandoori rotis were soft and fresh . Staff is polite and helpful. We got a takeaway and got the food order placed n recieved really fast! Totally recommend !

I have been ordering from Shahi Tandoori for over 20 years now, and don't go anywhere else as they have always been consistently good. With amazing friendly customer service. Telephoning them directly couldn't be easier you can order your delivery straight from them to your door Would highly recommend All there dishes are tender with great spices. 5*
