Without a doubt the best take away in normanton! The Donner meat is lovely & the Currys are amazing! This is the only take away we will use knowing the food will always be spot on as we have never had a bad experience with them in the 7year we have used the place! Highly recommend Shahi!
ordered and delivery driver forgot half our order, rang up and they resent what looked like a pile of cheese and tomato puree with reheated chips n cheese. usually order and it’s class but todays put me straight off. wont be ordering again can tell u that

Food was good and my delivery took 20 mins
Just picked up two cheese pizzas and I can honestly say it’s the best purchase I’ve made today. Mad respect to the lads that work there. Great job guys.
Must have new owners, loyal customer for years ordering 3/4 times a week and then out of the blue the portion sizes drop through the floor. Donnor was dry and nothing there, deep fried chicken when it was once done in the clay oven. Quality has gone and so are we. Shame really as it was proper good, found another in Castleford that actually give you what you pay for.
Ordered at 17:45, said would be delivered by 18:35. After ringing up to ask where it was at 19.30 to be told it would be 2 minutes which was a complete joke. Eventually after calling back at 19:55 it arrived to find it was cold but promised it wouldn't be. I have been promised all sorts for free upon my next order. No one would Ever order again but might just try to find out what I get. I'll keep everyone updated as to what the freebies arre/were.
Pizza was so thin it just flopped around. It come all folded up and was a mess when it arrived, I phoned up straight away to get a replacement which he said he would, 5 mins later he rings me back to say that I cannot have a replacement. This was my favourite takeaway but now they lost a valuable customer. 0 if I could.
We usually order from here and food is usually ok, but tonight we ordered through just eat, food was terrible, it was cold and overcooked, items in the mixed starter was missing, and was hard due to being overcooked kebab was just a pitta bread thrown in box with kebab meat, chicken tikka and salad put on the top, instead of inside, chips were freezing, the pitta bread was full of grease and uneatable . Overall the food was cold and overcooked. A VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT TONIGHT..
Do not order from here!!! Missed items from order and when I rung them up to complain I got told they would send them when the driver got back but it would be a while, he then said come and collect them, I had already paid for delivery and don't drive and live approx 20 mins from the takeaway, I said why should I and he got rude and aggressive and hung up on me, I spent 20 pound on this order, the food wasn't great either what had got delivered!!!
