Shahi Nan Kebab

Disappointing experience. We like to try new places to give them a chance but today it was not good. We ordered two kebab rolls take away option and yet there was no salad in them which is a standard requirement. Shocking to see. How can someone eat kebab easily without salad or sauces in the kebab roll?? Kebabs slightly burnt too. We ordered a main massala dish too and still no salad with that even. Customer service below par. Food was too spicey and difficult to eat when I asked for Mild. I even travelled over 3 miles to collect the food. I do not recommend this outlet to anyone and this should be avoided by all. The shocking thing is that some people give this outlet 5 stars!!! We do live in a crazy world.

Wonderful customer service and wonderful food. Have to say the best thing about their sheekh kebab is the seasoning but also the fact they cook it just right. So many other places overcook their kebabs, they don’t here. Will come back soon.

Kebabs can be good some days. Not so on other days. Still busy largely on old reputation, but kebabs are not the same quality as they used to be. The salad is appalling, mainly lettuce and onions, no cucumbers or tomatoes. The chilli sauce used to be brilliant, but now is watered down and comes in half empty dips.

We went for a family meal at this restaurant , service was poor and slow , food was burnt and tasteless. The cutlery and glasses were not very clean and will definitely not be attending here again.

Usually this place and the food is great here. Today 08th Dec 2022 we found hair in our large mixed grill I have a picture but the staff and chef got very aggressive and agitated when we pointed this out to them. The host just took the plate but did nothing with it and the chef said we don't have long hair and chalked it up to the customers us putting the hair in ourselves. This is not the case as both my sisters whose food it was had head scarves on. When we advised to take the mixed grill back and not charge us for the food we just got a blank stare back. Yet the chef cooking the food has long hair. Poor service when it comes to complaints about issues with food.

This was 1 of the worst places I have been to in birmingham we had ordered 6 shish 2 fries 1 handi and mix grill we got the mix grill and fries 1st then 30 minutes later had got given 1 handi and 1 Roti after asking for 20 minutes plus for some rotis to go with the shees kebabs at this point we walked out {waiter asked do do want all food together which we said yes. We still paid for the mix grill and drinks was a waste of time had high hopes for this place sheesh kebabs were nice but service was s##t

My sister's and I we enjoyed our food it was very nice, service was a bit slow it took about 50 minutes to get our order all in all food was very tasty . Definitely will go back and try their sheesh kebabs again.Food: 5/5

I took my family to this restaurant as we were in the Birmingham for a day and here is my review. Food wasn’t the best, kebabs and lamb chops were all overcooked. The meat was far far from tender, more like shoe leather, cutlery was dirty, the cups were filthy and the chilli sauce was like water and service was appalling. when spoke to a guy all he did was shrug hisshoulders. The place has no customer care the rude staff taking the orders looked liked they didn't want to be there, rude staff need to be trained, felt very uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommend
