Usually really like meals from here but tonight just not up to par. Ordered a mini mixed grill which usually has donner meat none to be seen. Chicken not good. Sauce and nan good.
Usually really enjoy the food and ordered tonight as my daughter chose Shahs. Made order via website and unfortunately chips were missed in our order. Phoned and they sent some out within 20mins...however these were the worst re-fried chips ever. Not sure if they thought we were not genuine or if this is deemed acceptable to them however they were inedible. Poor service from a normally good takeaway. Will not order again quickly as a result. Very disappointing
Best quality food l have tasted in Kilmarnock for the past 12 years. Good Service too, fast delivery and well packed carry out.
Every single order/delivery is missing items. Every single time I add " please check order is complete as las time order was missing items "... And as usual order arrived missing items. But this time when calling to ask for my missing items they tried to tell me I never ordered what was missing even though I'm looking at the confirmed order as I'm speaking to them .... Never known a restaurant to be so incapable of filling an order .. tbh I think they do it on purpose. Working in customer service my whole life, never have I experienced such poor customer service as you will get from this place .... HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT WHATS ORDERED IN A BAG AND OUT FOR DELIVERY!! ... NOT TO MENTION SPENDING £40 AND HAVE THEM LYING SAYING I NEVER ORDERED WHT WAS MISSING!! YOUS GOT CAUGHT OUT THERE !! UNBELIEVABLE!!
Got battered sausage and chips, chips weren't cooked properly and we're disgusting, and batter on sausage was more like wallpaper paste it was awful. After driving for 13 hours and thus place was ment to be good and it was a fair drive back to my Premier Inn I am extremely disappointed
Every second Tuesday, we get the 2 for Tuesday on pizzas - £9 for two 10 inch pizzas. If you order on the app, go to "Meal Deal" and look for "Crazy Tuesday". Always look forward to it. Can be busy between 5 and 7pm so be patient . Parking: When collecting, I tend to park on John Dickie Street, just around the corner. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step to get into the takeaway.
Ordered a delivery. Only good point about this order was delivered on time. Chicken Madras - not what you'd expect from a madras. Tasted like a tin of tomatoes loaded with chillies. No other distinguished taste Mixed Kebab - so salty it was inedible! Garlic Nan - soaking and soggy in parts. Other parts still had lumps of unmelted garlic butter. Total waste of money. Definitely won't be back

Ordered from here last night as we were visiting friends in Kilmarnock. Curries were all amazing, we would definitely go back. Only one little thing we ordered a sweet nan that didn't come. But all in all they deserve the 5 stars
This is the worst place i have ever had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a meal from. Granted i arrived at 12.30pm and the place was closing. So 1 x donner kebab was requested!! “Big mistake” first I’m told not enough meat and then the owner pulls a drawer open shouting plenty meat plenty”. I fully asked for a donner kebab i.e sauce and salad??? What ensued after should be reported to trading standards!! The owner heats a pitta and pulls out what can only be described as wood clippings that are curled at the ends and disgusting looking, then bang on que a young lad from the pub across the rd enters the shop. This is when things get interesting, he requests chips/donner/cheese. The owner grabs a handful of my already disgusting looking kebab meat,samples a biti can only imagine some sort or shah test and charges the our wee guy £7. In the background 3 youths enter the shop and play a game of what do you think that is, such treats such as chicken which is confused as eel, pakora so dry it resembles god knows however this just convinced me to ditch the meal at the earliest. As i departed my partner and i were starving so we swung past Asda whilst getting rid of the kebab at the nearest bin in order to satisfy our hunger. Recommendations 1. All staff need a good deep clean 2. Stop ripping folk off and provide fresh safe food 3. Think about another job as you have no respect for customers and obviously are exploiting people under the influence. On a final note don’t sell people what you wouldn’t eat yourself, hell would freeze over before i ever set foot in duch an establishment again. Defo worst takeaway ever in my life and no concern for paying customers.
