Great small football ground only place to watch Shaftesbury FC home g as mes bar is a separate building
Lacking stadium announcer, makes it hard to relay scores, bookings/ sending offs, etc. Lovely people beautiful club house and bar
The Cockrams ground is enclosed and tree lined with a long seated stand and the cover from the original ground on the far side. Received a friendly welcome at the gate and often visit when they have a midweek fixture as they are in the Sydenhams Wessex Premier League.
Great pitch and pub. Well worth going there. It's worth watching the game as well as just having a pint.
Such a friendly place, well run and the standard of football was really good, fast becoming my 2nd team after Bath City!!
