Staff are very polite and helpful. I had a meal which was extremely good as was the service. If you want a good night out in nice surroundings and pleasant atmosphere then you must try the Shaftesbury Casino West Bromwich.

I couldn't even get in. It was my first time coming here and it is the closest casino for me to play poker at as I work in a casino myself. I didn't have a membership so I needed to become a member. I showed my ID which was my provisional license and the receptionist said she would have to call the manager because I have a baby face in my photo. I still have a baby face when the manager came he said the same thing but also said that he can tell the ID and photo is me. I have the same photo on my passport too and have never had an issue with it. This is honestly ridiculous especially for him to say that the ID is me.  I'm not happy with this at all and will be going further.

Food quality fresh, staff friendly and obliging, great gambling experience,can't fault it.

We came for Sunday carvery. We got our table straight away .The food is 5 different meats and at least 6 different  veg Very tasty well worth a visit .All soft drinks Tea coffee hot chocolate are free if you order at table .staff are very friendly and helpful. Would be great if you could book a time slot for table for when it's busy Will definitely be back

Only go maybe  twice a year the staff are outstanding  the facilities  are good every  one is treated  with respect  .

A great Sunday carvery, with a choice of 5 meats and a great selection of veg, plus free hot or cold drinks all for £9 cant beat it.

Meal wasn't as good as it used to be . Quite limited menu also. Looking forward to a nice steak here but don't do it anymore.

Carvery always excellent meats cooked to perfection. Staff pleasant and always there for your needs. And a bonus get to play on the slots or as my Aussie wife calls them the powkies. Enjoy going up there every Sunday

Great food polite service

Clockfair’s social responsibility failings included a customer who was unable to provide evidence of ownership of business it was understood he owned, as he said the business was in relatives’ names to avoid losing the business through gambling. This customer only faced one interaction.  Its AML failings included learning through open source checks that a customer who lost more than £360,000 was a director of businesses that lost more than £100,000 in the previous year, but allowing this customer to continue to gamble.
