Excellent service as always. We used Shadwell blinds about 10 years ago and were happy with the service then. So much so, that when we were looking into getting some 'Perfect Fit' blinds fitted they were our first call. The showroom staff were helpful and courteous and gave us a great deal. The fitter who came to measure up was prompt and knowledgable and the fitter who came to fit them was excellent Although he didn't look old enough to drive!, fitting didn't take very long and he cleaned up after the work was completed. I can recommend Shadwell Blinds HInckley without reservation!
Contacted Shadewell Blinds and arranged visit to measure up and see samples for shutter blinds. All good, pleasant guy and we thought good price and quality but asked for a couple of days to think it over. Decided to drive over to shop to pay 50% deposit that weekend and just look at a larger sample size to check colour. We were surprised to be told by a lady at the shop door that as we hadn’t got an appointment we could not enter the shop either to look at the colour or pay the deposit. The reason she gave was that she was the only one there and had a booking in 10 minutes time. This was Saturday It all seemed very odd as it would take maybe 2 minutes to give the deposit and agree the colour. She then locked the door after turning away another visitor behind us. Another vehicle turned up with an older couple who rang the bell and were answered by a different lady who turned them away too! We have not been contacted or followed up at all in the 4 weeks since. An interesting business model. Since writing the above review Shadewell contacted me the same day and arranged a meeting the following day. My experience was patently not normal or satisfactory to their standards and after talking it through I have placed the order with them. Due for installation end of March so will update review then.
Great experience from start to finish. Very pleased with our shutters. Fitters were on time, polite, tidy workers. Would highly recommend.
Kitchen window blind started coming apart right from the start , when I rang to complain the women who answered the phone asked if they were at a south facing window , which they are, Only to be told it was the heat of the sun making the material on the white plastic strip come off , I was flabbergasted, I thought any decent quality blind especially a top of the range one which we purchased to all front windows would withstand the sun , isn’t that the idea of a blind in the first place not just for the privacy aspect ., never mind I have kept super glue in profits !! So please beware & ask if they are going to be serviceable all round the house EVEN SOUTH FACING WINDOWS .,

A great company which supply excellent quality products, and right first time. We have recently extended our house and we required 6 Venetian blinds for all of the new windows of differing sizes. Although we knew what colour we wanted, and tapes, we were given some useful advice on the type of blind for easy cleaning and maintenance , and also which size slats would suit each individual window size best. On top of this we also needed an electric blind for the 3m approx opening for the new bi-fold doors. This was made in the factory over the road and at a price significantly less than I had been quoted for some online outfits. A great way to support a local business with good values, and I got a perfect solution well within my budget. Cannot Recommend enough; thanks to Michael and all the team.
Absolutely excellent service. We went into the showroom with no real idea what we wanted and were shown a huge variety of blinds. We then had someone come to measure up and again point out ideas with different fabric and designs - everyone was so knowledgable! 2 weeks later they were fitted and look AMAZING! We’re so pleased. Simply don’t look anywhere else if you want blinds. We have now had 11 blinds from Shadewell and they haven’t missed a beat!
Just a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. The appointment we initially had was great as they went through all the blind options. The installer Michael did a superb job fitting shutters on all our front windows, which help to reduce noise from traffic, are incredibly easy to use, and look absolutely amazing! Great job and highly recommend this company.
I am very pleased with my blinds fitted by Brandon very clean tidy and polite. I had an home visit prior from a lovely guy too. I was disappointed when I visited the shop staff were a little bit unhelpful not appearing to want us to look at the range on offer. However once my order was placed I spoke on the phone to arrange appointment etc and they were very pleasant and extremely efficient. But all in all I would recommend your company.
