Really prompt service and the man who came to measure was very professional, as was the man who fitted the blind. I opted for a black-out blind which came in a lovely colour and does the job for my little boys room. Price was good. Only reason I’ve not given five stars is that I’d asked for metal pull cord and was issued a plastic one which is cheap and keeps snapping.

In 2015 I ordered 7 blinds made from this company, 5 for the bay window. The assessor only messured on window in the bay, assuming the drop would all be the same, IT WAS NOT. When it came to fitting the blinds it was a complete shambles. The fitter drilled numerous holes in the wood surround in every window frame before finally getting the blinds fitted. In addition, I noticed one blind had not been strung together properly (unfortunately it was over 12 months later). The company merely sent out beeding to enable me to rectify it myself. 
I would definitely not recommend this company.

Nicely installed but unlikely to use again too expensive for the vertical blinds I purchased
