Have been ordering here for at least a year via Just Eat app. I have accrued money off as loyalty rewards. Placed an order this evening and because I had used £3.82 discount YES £3.82 they wouldn’t accept the order. I had a phone call to say the owner said they can’t accept any discounted orders as they cannot afford to lose out on the money. Very shameful customer services, clearly they need the £3.82 more than I do which is quite sad really
Shamefull! Refusing to honour a reward stamp on just eat! Called me and asked me to cancel the order! I wouldn't of ordered from you in the past if I knew! Absolute scam!Food: 1/5
Ordered kinder Buenos cookie dough, arrived over cooked and burnt. Smelt revolting when opened up was in edible and hard. Milkshakes were average had better else where all in all a disappointment and won't be ordering again
Went in for pudding, ordered a Ferrero Sundae, served in a plastic cup, loads of ice cream not the best quality, and not much else in there..for what it was, overpriced The venue is always empty and they screw the tables to the floor, so it feels like you are leaning over, but otherwise clean and tidy, no parking, the 1 member of staff was friendly and polite.
Absolutely love the milkshakes in particular the Blake shake. However, for the first time tonight we tried the cookie dough and chose to share so ordered a large. Got home to eat it and when opened was gobsmacked to see 4 individual smalls cookies with a drizzle of sauce on top for £7!!!! Saying this, we will still use shakehouse if only for the shakes
Used to visit this place weekly during my last few months at Loughborough. Place is clean and staff are really courteous. Love their shakes. Oh! You can also get your waffles customized with no additional cost.
I had a clash of the titans shake. It was really delicious until I got to the bottom of my shake to find a single strand of black hair. Really disgusting. Do the staff wear hairnets whilst working or leave them out openly. Not happy won’t be ordering from here again. It’s the first time I found hair inside the shake. So I will let you off. But if it happens again, I will report you.
An outstanding dining experience! The new management has brought a fresh and friendly vibe to this restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. A wonderful place where great management meets great flavors.
Clean Place , Really Nice Guys, Respectfull And Polite. I Had A Rainbow Sponge Cake With Hot Custard... Drizzled With The Perfect Combination Of White, Belgium, Biscoffe Chocolate & Sauce . Ladies And Gentlemen Let Me Tell Ya... WHAT A BELT-ER Definitely 5 Star Rating
With the loud rap music playing and the servers wearing their baseball caps backwards... At 40 years old I felt 20 years too old for this place.. Either way, I put my self doubt to one side and ordered the snickers shake... Oh my gosh... Blew my mind... Taste overload.. The price means its an occasional treat rather than a daily thing... But I deffo recommend!
