My girlfriend and I stayed here as a base for the Four Waterfalls hike, which is conveniently only a 10-minute drive away. If you’re planning a stay here, I highly recommend checking out the hike—it’s a stunning experience.nnAs for the food, it exceeded our expectations. My girlfriend had the chicken curry, which she said was the best she’s ever tasted. I went for the burger, which was clearly fresh, with a generous portion size. We couldn’t resist dessert, especially with the fresh cakes on offer. The profiterole cake was delicious. The pricing was very reasonable, with two main meals, one alcoholic drink, and one dessert coming to around £45—a great deal for the quality.nnThe service was top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive, checking in on us several times throughout the meal and always making us feel welcome.nnWe stayed in the smallest room available, but it didn’t feel cramped at all. The modern decor and spotless cleanliness made it a comfortable space. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, though the shower space itself was a little tight.nnOverall, a fantastic stay with great food, service, and location. Highly recommended!
stopped by as a walk in for lunch after a long walk. brilliantly friendly staff, lovely food and a great vegan menu. decently priced pints with a nice view sat on the benches outside. will definitely return when back in the area
Stopped by accidentally and had one of the best dinners with friends. Great home made food, solid portions, decently priced pints and super friendly staff. Well worth a stop!
We had a lovely stay here,nVery pretty, cosy room and comfortable bed, has everything you need.nFood and breakfast was amazing we had a lovely cocktail here too.nThe views and location could not have been better.nStaff very warm welcoming and friendlynWould highly reccomend and will be visiting again.
The fish and chips was finger liking good. The steak was top and staff was absolutely on top of everything. Very kindly serves us with the custard slice that was divine. Well done
