Installed a wood burner and boiler with perfection. First class

I have a leak and phoned SGS believing them to be reputable. Three days later have had a visit from a heating engineer and a plumber but no further communication. Meantime the destruction to my ceiling,carpet and floor continue, despite the heating engineer telling me no more water would come through.

Annual boiler service today. Engineer most pleasant and helpful. Solved a minor problem I have had since boiler was first installed a few year's ago. Many thanks.

I asked SGS to install a cold water tank. They installed but since then cold water is leaking through a pipe. I asked them to come and check and they want to charge £84 for coming to check the leak. I only had this leak since SGS guy come to install cold water tank. I never will use them again. Very poor customer service.
