Last minute booking for a wedding performance that evening. Got a distressing call that meant I would have to cancel plan and go to visit terminally ill relative.and was quite upset. They were both so understanding and lovely, sorry useless at names and at the same time managed to turn my frizzy mane and awful self-cut fringe into a sleek glossy modern style! Wow - what can I say the girls were amazing .I had my consultation with Sarah who really knows her job well. We discussed colors etc and I was offered a cuppa too as soon as I sat down. I used to pay over the odds for my hair £80 plus I was recommended I visited the salon by a friend. I also had change in pocket as it was cheaper than what I am used to paying I have to say value for money. I will be returning again and you all should try it....
I'm also surprised at the poor review below. Sarah and her team are extremely professional. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and it's always a pleasure to spend a couple of hours there every few weeks. They're nice people that want to make every customer happy. If you're ever looking for a new Salon give Sarah a try... you won't be disappointed.
I have been going to Sarah for over 10 plus years now. I love the salon and her staff. I always enjoy my visit as there is always a lovely friendly atmosphere and we have a good chat. Sarah is an excellent hairdresser and I have never been disappointed in the service I have had from her or her fellow hairdressers. The prices for cuts, colouring etc in my opinion is very reasonable.
Absolutely fantastic, fitted me in at a moments notice, made my dry, bleach damaged hair a thing of the past, I came away feeling revived and my hair and style was truly transformed. SGM even offer late night appointments which is also a added bonus, I've booked in again and would definitely recommend them to anyone, Sarah is an absolute diva with a pair of scissors. All in all a 5 star service from every angle A*******
I love this hair studio, from the minute you arrive until the moment you leave, you are made to feel welcome and cared for - uniquely talented stylists with an extensive knowledge - who give a beapoke service catered to you individually. I honestly can not recommend this studio any more highly. Katy Hawes x
a bit shocked at the previous comment about the hair straightening my experience is that I have had the straightning treatment once and my daughter has had this treatment twice at sgm and been very successful each time my hair is quite thick and wavey so was very impressed with the results . Very helpful and friendly staff

Awful hairdressers. paid £130 for straightening did not work. wouldnt refund or redo. manager Sarah shouted at me and hung up.discusting
