This firm was booked for a removal in Bury. Failed to turn up, no phone call, just texted 2 hours after expected start time to say their van had been in an accident – after many unsuccessful attempts to contact them we got another text offering an alternative date which was obviously unacceptable - how can you move house on another day when so much is at stake!. This required us to ring around and find someone to deal with this in an emergency. Since then they have refused to take phone calls, refused to reply to e-mails or refund the fee paid, resulting in a Small Claims Court summons being issued. DO NOT USE SGB.

Spoke to these guys and was given a quote but it seems we were misquoted but we only had enough cash available as we were initially quoted. When they arrived to pick up a dismantled shed and Wendy house we had to discuss what could be done as our job should have cost me more. However Dave and Dom did their very best and managed to shift everything we had initially agreed on. I would use them again. Enjoy the beers lads.
