I'm a big geek that attends comic cons, and as such I like to cosplay. Unfortunately, I can't sew for toffee. Sew what have helped me turn plain clothes from Primark into beautiful mage robes, or a sci fi soldier's suit. Without judging me for my quirks, they take my design, the fabric I drop off and make it happen.

Good service, good value for money and good costumes. Beetlejuice was a hit! My brother kept getting asked to get his photo taken with complete strangers!!! One guy said it was the best beetlejuice costume he had seen!!!

Awful service! Put in brand new jeans (still had the tags on) for shortening, paid up front & was told I could collect within 2 days. Go in to collect my jeans 4 days later only to be told that there had been a 'mix up' & that my jeans had been given to someone else. The owner only knew about this 'mistake' because the person given my jeans phoned to let her know her error. Will now have to wait for the person who has my jeans (who herself is waiting for yet another customer to bring in her items) to bring them back to the shop! Given a refund, but really not happy with service. When I complained about it the owner was adamant about this being a 'one-off' and belligerently told me never to come back. That, at least, is something we agree upon - I will never be back. Awful customer service.
