Had some gentleman come around this morning to unseize the stopcock in the street so I can turn the water off, i greatly appreciate they managed to unsieze it but the water pressure fell drastically, had i known this at the time im sure they would have rectified it there and then my fault i then had a few more gentlemen pop out the same day to rectify it as I have a young baby, absolutely amazed with the engineers service, this was for LE4 on the 21st of July, I give the date and area so you know what engineers came out as they deserve praise, once again thank you for your help and service, sincerely the residents of laithwaite close
Bills are not clear for what they are charging you Rip people off for just supplying water.
No water , low pressure , and they demands extra money from the disabled for this stinking service , absolute corruption, give the company back to the ppl . They have made billions but can't fix the pipis P OFF AND F OFF DISGUSTING
I just wanted to say that I think your automatic online billing is great.nnThe bills are really easy to understand and I love how you adjust the direct debits to reflect what we are actually using.nnMost company's push the payments up and let you build a silly amount of credit but you have a very proactive way of managing the billing process which is very refreshing.
