Great place, very friendly staff can normally be seen on time. Always made to feel at ease and welcome when I bring my dogs here. One thing I like is they don’t try to aggressively sell you products like my previous vet did, and made me feel guilty when I didn’t want to commit to a monthly plan. Would definitely recommend!
I took my ill budgie to the vets. I was seen on the same day thankfully. No problems visiting and the vet gave me helpful advice. I would definitely use again. Karen.
After my recent encounter, I will not be bringing my dog back again as I’ve completely lost trust in this place.nRecently came down with someone I work with as we found a stray kitten. The receptionists were friendly but when we went into the vets, with no real tests she told us the kitten needed to be put down. Rolling off an absolute load of rubbish, that both myself and work colleague could see. There was no compassion whatsoever. Just that she was 99.9% sure that this kitten needed to be put down or it would be dead within the week. Luckily my work colleague decided to go against what she said and take the cat to another vet. He was charged £49 fee for a stray. The vets the kitten is in now have not mentioned anything of the sort, he’s doing well and they are keeping him under observation for the week, without charging as he’s a stray! The poor thing could have been put down by now for no reason what so ever. I will be going down a formal complaints route and not going back here again
Took 2 rabbits in for annual vaccinations and nearly had a heart attack when I found out how much it was £200. I will not be going again, not sure how people can afford this kind of cost for house pets/children pets. Will be going somewhere else next time.
