I was very happy with the service provided, as I am with my new boiler. Lorenzo and his colleagues turned up before 07.30 in order to be at the house in time for me to leave for work. They were still here at the end of my fairly long day, and I was amazed to find that they even tided up after themselves! This has not been my usual experience. 

One other thing I am really chuffed about is Lorenzo was the only one of a number of plumbers I asked who came up with a solution to my desire to maximise space in the kitchen by moving the boiler to the cellar. This provides me with some much needed space in a small kitchen. I also still get a kick out of turning in the heating from my bed with my new remote gadget😀 As they say, it's the little things in life......

I intend to use Lorenzo's company from now on for anything boiler/plumbing related.

I had been let down by another firm who had made the experience super frustrating and we had been a week without hot water. Lorenzo came around straight after coming back off holidays and spent more time just assessing the situation than the other firm had spent over two visits trying to fix it in a bodged job. It felt reassuring having someone actually take some care and consideration rather than a rushed job.

Loz explained exactly what the problems were and how we might go about fixing. After attempting a fix on a 12 year old boiler I decided we were just better getting a new install. 

The whole thing was done in a day with a super modern amazing new boiler hooked up with a wireless thermostat allowing us to have a far more economical heating experience. That first hot shower at home after 10 days was one of the best things ever!

Seven Heating are a credit to the trade. They were super clean, friendly and explained everything in a way that made us feel we were in control of making the best decisions.

I wish every single trade company had this level of customer service and customer care - if Seven could now extend to electrics & building I would never have to find anyone else.

Amazing job and spot on service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lorenzo came out to us to fix our boiler and we found him to be polite, quick and good value. He was also very kind to our little girl who was interested in what he was doing in the cupboard! After his first visit we went on to use him again to hang some radiators and found him and his team just as good to work with second time around. Would recommend.

Five star service!

Seven Plumbing & Heating have fitted a new boiler with zoned controls so we can save energy by heating different parts of the house at different times.  Right from the start they gave us simple and sensible advice as to what sort of boiler to go for and why. They were friendly and a joy to have in the house compared to the many contractors we have employed whilst doing up our property, cleaning up after themselves and explaining every step of the process.  We are delighted with the results as not only is the house warm but we are saving energy too. What's more the system they recommended has improved the water pressure across the whole house revolutionising our taps and showers.
