I can not recommend Sarah highly enough. If, like me, you find yourself in a situation where you feel alone, scared, stressed and feeling like someone else holds all the cards even though you know you haven't done anything wrong - Sarah is your girl. Her style is warm, professional and engaging - no pompous language to make you feel intimidated - you can ask the simplest of questions without feeling silly - she is extremely easy to talk to. However, make no mistake, when it comes to fighting your corner Sarah is sharp, direct and pulls no punches. She is fierce in fighting your corner, no stone is left unturned. She knows when to start applying pressure subtly and knows the exact right moment to bring out the big guns. Gone are the days of having to go into a solicitors office and wait for days for a letter to be sent. I never met Sarah once - we communicated purely by telephone and email. She is responsive, always comes back to you and will guide you every step of the way - even on small things like sending a brief email - Sarah will guide you on the wording just to give you piece of mind that you have the tone right. I went from being a worried, anxious, scared individual when I first contacted Sarah to someone who got my confidence and fighting spirit back. My outcome and settlement was far above what I ever thought - I dread to think where I would have been had I not engaged with Sarah's services as my naivety in employment law would have been my weakness.
