Took my wife and children to this nice salon. They were very very good with my wife who had not had her haircut for many years. she was frightened they took really good care of her and my children. Had my hair cut here today. Lovely staff made you feel really welcome. The young girl who cut my hair listened to what I wanted, and did a lovely job Thank you will definitely be using this salon from now on.

Terrible, my all one length long hair trim, they took 3 inches off and left me lobsided I went back the following day and they made it lobsided on the other side, so my hairs even shorter they said I was seated in the wrong chair, the back was too high.   When I told them I wasn't happy with how much they had took off they said I had lots of dead ends.  I didn't I had it cut 8 wks before I didn't have my roots done then as I was going to grow into my grey hair.  I didn't realise how bad the highlights were till I had more hair cut off at another salon to correct my uneven cut and check the highlights, they took a photo for me as it was out of my sight side/ back underneath.  So now I've got to have colour correction done.  I messaged the Salon and sent the photo as I had paid Serentiy lounge £80.00 for this.  I never heard from Tracey the owner who also had tried to cut my hair complaining it was now curling up, try wetting it again  and try sectioning it, then drying and straightening it to get a good cut I wanted to say. Her husband though rang me straight away shouting at me, saying no one else has complained, maybe it's my hair he said.  He offered for me to come back in I told him not a chance.  I never got my money back.  Avoid at all costs. I booked in for a full head of highlights on my roots.  That's why I paid £80.00.  I didn't get a full head though.  Sections at the side/ back were not highlighted.  I have a stripe and dots of bleach on my hair from your salon. On my left side just underneath top section.  You never did a colour test on my skin.  You never sectioned my hair when cutting it especially the back, it went dry,  it took that long, you cut upwards into my hair as well as not getting either side even.  I only called in the once for you to try too get my cut right.  I privately messaged you about not being happy with the colour i didnt review it!.  Your husband rang me shouting, my husband could hear him.  He did calm down after listening to my side.  But there's no way I would call back in.  He said he would leave it with you.  You never got in touch till I now review you.  I'm doing this review as I think people should be aware.  I entered your salon with beautiful long hair as your stylist said, she offered to curl my hair after full head of highlights and a trim, I accepted but that hid the cut and highlights so i did love it at the time, following morning i washed and straightened it and thats when i spotted the issues with the cut. That's the truth of it. I'm also getting it colour corrected not stripped, you can't strip highlights you can only put a tint over them. Until I get my colour correction I'm having to use Dark ash blonde Shrine drop it too hide the horizontal bleached line, dots and unevenness and tie it up as all though the cuts level now I couldn't get rid of the 2 parts at the back that have been cut upwards into my length as it would have to be way to short. I've been in tears with the way my hair looks now, ive had sleepless nights worrying what I can do and all you can do is blame me for your poor work.

Lovely  staff made everyone welcome .I had a trim and 2 colours  added .they made I big improvement to my style and the hair was evenly done through a full head .I won't go to anywhere else but Serenity lounge they are really good and listen to their customers  needs .Thank you girls I'm made up 10 out of 10 x

Had a full head of foils by Paige! One of the best colors I've ever had, she did an Amazing job! All the girls were so friendly and amazing! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for making me feel so welcome keep up the good work girls!

Visited this salon today as my hairdresser of 10 yrs passed away  I would highly  recommend  this salon to my friends The staff are lovely  and make you feel  welcome  but best of all they don't rush you and their prices are very reasonable  for the time they spend looking after you And for the first time in many yrs  my partner  actually  compliments  me on my hair I think I've finally   found my  new hairdressers Anna
