We lost our dad on the 7th of December last year and he was cremated on 7th of January 2022. Serenity Funeral Directors were recommended to us by a friend. We were in close contact with the same lady throughout the whole process and are still being supported now. We cannot express our gratitude for all the staff's kindness, compassion and courtesy on the day. I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone in need of this type of service, they couldn't do enough for us ,I myself am in a wheelchair, this wasn't a problem for them. Nothimg. was too much trouble for them, they really went above and beyond our expectations. We are forever grateful to Serenity for everything they done and helped us with and would like to thank them for everything. They are also very reasonably priced aswell which doesn't reflect on their service in any way.
Would like to thank everyone involved in Derek's funeral yesterday. Absolutely outstanding service. Special thanks to Hugh who even offered to open the parlour to us over the weekend when they were closed. Amazing! Forever grateful to you all.
Sympathetic and dealt with the cremation professionally at a reasonable cost. Would recommend.
Cant thank you all enough for your kindness and thoughtfulness on what was a very hard day for us and how you all made us feel at ease
