Great customer service. I purchased my partners engagement ring from Serendipity and because I/we were so happy with the ring and the service, we then returned and purchased our wedding rings which were also perfect. I'm a little late with my review, but I just wanted to say I had an absolutely amazing experience with creating a bespoke engagement ring with Serendipity Diamonds. Before I found them I was resigned to not having the engagement ring I really wanted and having to buy something off the shelf instead. However they created the ring of my dreams for me, a beautiful rose gold moss agate ring with diamond accents. They found the perfect stone and we're so patient with me with my many tweaks and changes. They explained the process ind email and answered all of my 1000 questions. I can't thank you all enough for all of your hard work! We also had our weddings rings made either them and they helped us stay in budget and were every honest with their recommendations on stones and materials!

Fantastic experience with serendipity, after struggling with many other companies trying to make as custom blue diamond and platinum engagement ring.  Great communication and a very nice ring.  Hopefully never need another engagement ring, but will definitely use them again for anything else.

After getting engaged on the Isle of Wight in July, we booked an appointment to look at engagement rings at Serendipity Diamonds. Drina was so helpful as we didn't really know what we were looking for. She talked us through all of the characteristics of diamonds, and offered us options based on our price range, without trying to upsell us above our budget. The service while waiting for the ring to be made has been excellent, and the team were very quick to reply to any requests for updates. The team also sent the ring to us next working day delivery and it is perfect. Drina also offered us advice on wedding rings for when the day arrives, which was especially important given I had picked an oval shaped ring. Thank you so much for all of your help Drina & team!

Initially we ordered some diamond earrings from the website. we were kept up to date everystep of the way with our order via e-mail and telephone. We were so impressed with their service that we made an appointment and decided to travel from Yorkshire to go and choose our wedding rings. So my lovely husband surprised me with a beautiful 'tree of life' pendant from Serendipity Diamonds today for Valentine's. It is amazing, fantastic quality and came in a very classy presentation box. My husband said customer service was excellent. This has got to be a real 'gem' for the Isle of Wight! Can't wait until I can visit their showroom when we are allowed for some retail therapy. Would definitely recommend Serendipity to anyone looking for a 'special' gift and not necessarily diamonds. Although the diamonds are amazing too! Thank you Serendipity, we'll be back!

We are so delighted with my fiancé's wedding ring. It is beautiful and better than we had imagined. The engraved finger print adds such a special touch!
