The service at Sentry Storage in Chichester was amazing. Nothing was too much bother for the team, from their help in choosing the right size unit in the first place and answering the hundreds of questions I had, to their support when I no longer needed their service for now. The facilities are so clean, the lift to get to the upper floor was always reliable and the staff were so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in and around Chichester for their storage needs, especially at the prices they charge which were straightforward. 10 out of 10!
Great Company, great branch excellent staff. No pressure selling of insurance or padlocks like other storage facilities. This results in Sentry being the only place I will use for storage. Thanks very much for being different and fair.
Excellent service from the Sentry team. Office staff are friendly and attentive, & very helpful. The facilities at both the Chichester Quarry Lane and terminus Road sites are first class.
Wonderful reception, very warm and friendly and helpful. Good value storage and honestly probably better than most of the spaces my family and friends store their stuff. I've been a customer since May 2018 and a very happy customer. The only issue we have had really is when my card expired, and they called quite persistently for a day or two when I was on holiday. When I explained I was on vacation they were very apologetic and were very happy for me to call when I got back. Reception are super helpful if I ever have any problems usually with the taxi or lift I'm waiting for rather than anything they've done!
Used Sentry for storage over the College Easter break. Staff helpful & friendly, would use again though the way bookings are allocated made me a little twitchy! If you're looking to book & secure in advance it may not work for you - it gave me some sleepless nights waiting for confirmation the space would be available, but would still recommend.
My name is Donna Fallowes I'm a current customer . I have stored belongings with Sentry on two different occasions. I have found the service friendly, good and straight forward. I love knowing my belongings are securely stored with them and the price is great. I can highly recommend!
Excellent service. I needed a local unit at short notice and the manager, Matt, sourced one promptly that met my requirements perfectly. This was supplemented by the same professional but friendly service in the office when completing paperwork. I've had a unit at another location and this great service has been consistent since day one. 24 hour access to a ground level unit both locations in a secure compound. I highly recommend Sentry.
What a great find this superb storage facility is. We've had a unit with them for over a year, had to make a change to a bigger option and nothing has been too much trouble. Going the extra mile in customer service maybe cliche but so true of the team at Sentry. Friendly, courteous and always a smile; we're pleased to recommend them to any business needing secure lock up facilities.
This is a great service. The lift has so far always been working and takes large items; we are confident that everything stored is secure and dry. The people who work in the office are very polite and helpful, as are those who answer the phone. The only snag is that you can't access indoor storage out-of-hours, but we knew this before committing.
Sentry take good care of me and what I store. Pleasant, helpful staff... nothing is too much trouble, and always there, always generous with help. Facilities clean, well thought out. Good trolleys, lift works well.
