I spoke with Paul after losing some luggage on a National Express service I thought was operated by Selwyns. Turns out it was a different company that did that service, but Paul still managed to help me get my luggage back, and he was very pleasant and reassuring.

Selwyn's had a bus service running in rock savage power plant in Runcorn for contractors. Driver friendly and courteous would recommend
As a business we're very careful with who we trust to take our customers to events, but I cannot recommend these guys enough. Always on time and the drivers are always professional, friendly and our festival goers love them! <3
Appalling service. I was booked with national express but it was a selwyns coach. Left Manchester at 7am, service nx 546. After a routine stop at Norton canes services, I was left behind!! My bag was still on my seat. I was told by national express customer services that another coach would be passing shortly and would pick me up. I asked about my bag and was told they had contacted the driver and my bag would be left for me at London Victoria. Upon arrival at Victoria, no bag had been left and national express staff had no idea. After further investigation the driver apparently has said that he never took anything off of the coach, which can only mean a passenger took it. I have asked for cctv footage to be checked but don't expect that will happen There were 2 passports in my bag, so have had to cancel them. Cost of renewing them £284.. The whole journey was a complete nightmare and the most stressful experience. I will not be using a coach service for a very long time.
I go to a lot of the Widnes Vikings away matches and the supporters coach that I go with uses Selwyn Coaches. I have found that their coaches are run to a very high standard and the drivers provide a excellent service to the passengers as well. Would highly recommend them.
From recent experience. This company were booked to take my son and some pupils on a residential trip in Cumbria. On the outbound journey, the driver scheduled actually slept in and was awoken by his manager from his sleep. They had to then find another driver which meant that the departure was nearly an hour late. On the return journey the coach got stuck one one of the narrow lanes and then had a puncture leading to a further TWO PLUS hours delay. IMHO, It seems to be run by a bunch of amateurs

Lots of different coach sizes for different groups - staff in the office when booking are absolutely lovely and so helpful - they'll make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.
