Just want to say the Reception team is amazing they show so much care and empathy and are so helpful. The Receptionist last Friday evening went beyond and the Doctor on duty too. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. This is a great surgery and always so professional .
My family and I have been registered with SPMP for 2 years now, and we always receive first class service from all staff and Doctors. Other than the nurse, I have seen a different I never request anyone specific, and im happy to take the first available slot Doctor whenever I attend the surgery, and I am always extremely satisfied with the service I receive.nnI'm always able to get appointments, which can often be a problem at other practices, and their call back service is a excellent addition if you cant hang around on hold waiting in line to make an appointment.nnI had my first baby in Aug 2023, and they have been wonderful and so helpful with vaccinations and general check ups for my son and I.nnSPMP comes with my high recommendations, if you're new to the area or wish to change your current surgery you wont regret it.
I have been with the surgery for over 12 years, when I had my twins. I can honestly say whenever I have needed an appointment they have fitted me in. They are always helpful and the doctors have always been amazing. I have family who live in different boroughs like Bromley who can't see a doctor for weeks at a time and have to go to the hospital for things like blood tests and ecgs where I can just go to the surgery within days of an appointment. For me and my children I honestly think this practice are a fantastic facility that we are very lucky to have.
I highly recommend this practice. The reception staff are always helpful, kind, and accommodating. I never have an issue getting an appointment. The medical staff are brilliant too. They are approachable, patient, and thorough. I can't speak highly enough about this practice
This is twice now my appointment is like 20 minutes late. Come on, the practice literally opened half an hour ago, how can you already be behind by twenty minutes??
