Very friendly easy to use service picked up the car for me that day
Great company to deal with. Good communication throughout the process - very responsive to the queries and accommodating customers’ needs. Deal agreed quickly – got the good price for the car and money was paid on the spot. Excellent service.
Great company. Jack responded very quickly to my query and offered a good price for my old car. He was very friendly and helpful and communicated well, turned up to collect the car and paid for it without any problems. Very efficient company who I would recommend and use again.
Jack called me on the Monday regarding my online enquiry and arranged to pick up my car on the Tuesday straight away. He was very helpful and made a stressful situation very easy for me. Received a good quote for my car that just had a major fault. Definitely recommend!

Really great service, called the company, explained issue with my car and that I wanted to sell it. They asked for a few photos to be sent, within an hour they made a fair offer and the deal was agreed. Money sent over that evening, car collected following morning. Excellent customer service. Paul
Well we didn't know what to expect. Other companies we contacted seemed to be linked together and there always seemed to be numerous questions and hand-wringing to justify as low a price as they could possibly offer. This company was different from the start. They made us a reasonable offer you're not going to get rich selling your car, didn't ask a thousand questions and arranged for someone to pick it up. There was no nonsense about administration charges, charges for different payment methods and so on. The chap turned up on time, was polite, paid the full offer in cash, put the car on the lorry and drove off. The whole thing lasted about 10 minutes. He was even kind enough to patiently explain to me what I needed to do with the V5 form and said I could ring him if I still managed to mess it up. It really couldn't have been easier and I can very much recommend this company to you .. just an update .. I emailed and texted the company asking them to remove some documents I had left in the car's manual and they didn't get back to me .. which is a pity so I've knocked a star off from five to four .. if they do get in touch with me I'll put the fifth star back on ... well the owner did contact me after I posted the original review and showed me how he had indeed quickly responded to my enquiry. The problem was with my 'phone's connectivity. I thought it was odd not hearing from them as when organising the sale they responded to texts in a couple of minutes not a couple of days like the other companies. So it's back to a well-earned five star for Sell or Scrap My Car and as before I can unconditionally recommend this company to you.
Very stress free and swift dealings with jack. had to sell my car very sudden after a major fault. called up and spoke to jack who was a pleasure to deal with no pressure or trying to rush me off the phone. gave me a decent price and arranged to collect next day. turned up on the dot, 10 minutes later money was in my pocket and car was taken. proper hassle free experience :
Very helpful and professional- prompt reply. Would recommend.
Placed £250 deposit for Fiat Panda Dec 2021. Advised vehicle would be serviced and Mot’d and would advise to arrange collection and pay balance. Later advised they were not happy selling vehicle and requested bank details to refund deposit. Mid February now and a string of unanswered text messages and e-mails later STILL no deposit returned. Beware, Scammers!! Would have awarded 0 stars were it possible to post!! Will happily update this message if deposit returned and good faith restored.
