I come here occasionally to follow world fashion. It's a very well designed place. The one-stop shop for all luxury products.
Great store! Very friendly staff and loads to choose from, this store sells perfumes, food, cosmetics, lots of designer brands and makeup, it’s centrally located in the Trafford centre with easy access to parking, it’s very central to the food court too so if you wanted a large selection for food that’s very close, definitely worth a browse, search Google to see what else they have available
It’s always good to Visit Selfridges Food Hall and have a bite to eat Yo Sushi’s
The place looks great and I will be coming back again closer to christmas. It was such a shame that I had to interrupt the 2 girls who were serving on the cake counter. At least one of them actually put her phone down to serve me and then picked it up again to continue her conversation. The other one just continued texting after glancing up at me. Really bad customer service.
This shop is a real treasure trove, particularly if you're on the hunt for a unique present. It offers a diverse range of products, including wines, books, clothes, and toys, making it a one-stop shop for gifts. However, I must admit that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected from this brand. Despite that, the variety and quality of the items make it worth a visit, especially when you're searching for something special. Just be prepared to spend a little extra for the convenience and the charming selection they offer.
Came here looking for a casual outfit for my partners birthday and staff members Nikie and Lea did not disappoint! We had no idea what we wanted and first I approached Nikie who helped us pick out a lovely polo shirt, He waited for my partner to try them and gave us his honest opinion on what he thought looked good colour, sizes etc We then asked if he could recommend some nice jeans to go with the shirt and he recommended diesel jeans and he brought us over to the lovely Lea in the diesel department, who was very helpful too and again very honest about colour size etc Selfridges can feel a bit overwhelming, it’s a huge store with many brands so Thank you both for making the experience at Selfridges stress free and enjoyable :
Truly is a beautiful shopping experience! 5 stars but some staff do look you up and down & think you don’t have any money ! Never a judge a book by its cover ! My son is very intelligent he asks questions all the time and the staff are always happy to answer them ! Times need to change how you judge people !
The food hall is really good. Nice selection of deserts from cheesecakes to cup cakes. Well worth a visit.
Amazing customer service from a special lady named Victoria. Fabulously sold me a Creed Cologne I was after. She patiently went through many different fragrances until she found the perfect one for me which ended with a purchase. Look for Victoria in selfridges she made my day with how helpful and friendly she was
my 1st years manger In Trafford center Selfridges is very rude and racist toward me imagine buying things over 290£ while I was waiting for printing the manger was kicking my bags and the customers bags for no reason when I asked why he said it’s ok to do that in the uk I asked him to apologize to he said why would I? He was hiding his name but he’s Indian or Asian race wearing earring in the left ear The only star I put because Rami and the other women in the store very polite to me Never come to selfridges and my 1 styears store ever
