Found Mick, charlotte and Jay very helpful every time I needed anything. Very warm and friendly service with great price. Units are very clean and bright. I used for 5 months whilst waiting for new home to be built. It was easy to access my belongings 24/7. Strongly recommend this Basildon branch.

Needed a storage solution quick after a shed collapsed. Spoke to loads of places, but Mick and his team at Storage King Basildon we’re head and shoulders above the rest. Facilities were 1st rate, everything explained and demonstrated fully, and the price was good. 1st rate.
I had my unit for 9 months and the service was great from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail and always were quick with responding with queries. Big thank you to Mick as he was always so informative and helpful!
In all my years of trading I have never found any service like this. It does not matter if it is Mick that comes from his home at 18:00 on a Sunday to assist me , or Charlotte that quickly and efficiently assist me in moving between lockers while I’m not even there, or Adhish that secured strayed deliveries for me; nothing is ever to much to ask. If the government of ours was half as reliable and efficient as Storage King Basildon, the uk would be a work power!
Customer service is top notch, everyone we dealt with was more than happy to help in any way they could. The units are perfect with various size options, prices are very reasonable. 24 hour access makes things so much easier. I would highly recommend to anyone requiring a storage unit and will definitely use again in the future if the need for a unit should arise again.
What a brilliant team of people in Basildon; we’ve been here a few years so we’re a bit biased. The manager and the long term part time staff are the best of people. Our business has grown because these people did a very simple thing…they bothered. The synergy is great customer service; Impressive people, impressive company.
I would like to say that Charlotte was absolutely brilliant I had an excellent experience getting my storage room she made me feel very welcome and olso a very quick professional service too I would give 20 stars if I could thank-you charlotte @ Storage King Basildon
Did everything right. Good staff easy to do what I needed to do. Would definitely use them again.
I cannot fault the service I received. Staff are so friendly and there were no problems whatsoever. I would use the service more often if it were less costly.
