Do Not Use this company. Initially they sound great and professional, however after I had placed my order and paid, and told my hot tub lid would be ready in 3 weeks, this did not happen! 
After endless telephone calls and emails I was given every excuse possible including blaming parcel force for not delivering and then when I asked for tracking number was given an old number for a completely different address ! 
Eventually I contacted my bank,parcel force and the Ombudsman,which resulted very quickly with a full refund today ! 6 weeks later !

Do not use this company.  At first I thought I had found a company who could solve all my problems but in fact they made my life worse!   They gave me a leadtime that they didn't keep to as they kept putting my order off for other customers, they wouldn't return any of my calls and in the end sent a completely unsatisfactory useless product to a customer of mine and as a result my customer was furious with me and I was out of pocket because I had to refund him for something that was not my fault!
I have never come accross such an unprofessional company and it's a wonder that they are still in business.
