I've only stayed when booked through work and stayed a week somewhat regularly in different apartments, so can't comment on price. Considering how new the place is, the mattresses and couches are already due for a change, so must have been cheap to start with. There is a list of what should be included in the kitchen and it's never all there. Had an issue with the internet which took 3 or 4 days to sort. Plugging in new routers and never actually checking them or setting up properly, ended up with a 4g box, which was I'm eventually. The underground parking is hit and miss which bay you're allocated. Some are quite tight. One of the doors from the car park into the building never closes properly so isn't too secure. You're meant to use a fob to get in but it's always ajar. The intercom system is currently broken also
