Staff on the tills lied to my daughter and her friend about their return or exchanges policy. Said they accept no returns or exchanges even if it doesn't fit no changing room to try on clothing as sizes vary, in case of faults, no 14 day returns should you change your mind. Despite receipt, online and consume rights, laws saying very different. Not good to lie or mislead customers just because they are young don't know their rights yet.
It was lovely when I was greeted by a fellow staff member, Hannah who had a smile on her face and was very polite and help me find the right size and colour for my Mums fave dress.. the whole experience was overall superb. Good products + Amazing Staff = “I’ll go there again”
I love this place friendly staff and great bargains and they helped me with stuf I needed help with clothes sizes etc due to me having eye sight problems.
Like a jumble sale would never go in that shop again only give 1 star as u cant do zero
