Its a regular spot for me. Staff are quite friendly, I've read quite a number of reviews about the blonde older lady and to me she's quite helpful and very friendly. I guess it depends on individual experiences. Sometimes stuff go out of stock and it takes them a while to restock. That's why it gets 4 stars.

Female staff are incredibly unfriendly and rude. Came to post out a parcel and asked a simple question only to receive a very rude response. Would not give any stars if I could.

The women staffs are so rude! they always raise their voice to customers just because we didn’t get what they said at first place?? One parcel went missing when I posted my parcel from here . Just don’t come here for postage business everyone. Go straight to the main post office I’d suggest
