Why does a large company like Selco allow the operator of their Cafe to have a cash only policy. Unable to be served today because of this. I understand a preferred cash policy and if I had some cash I would have used it. No cash no sale. Lost income. Is the Loss of custom really worth a card fee.
Been here a few times with it being local to me, plenty of Great Products you just have to remember that VAT is added on once at checkout sometimes can make things more expensive than other places. The Cafe here has plenty of choice but unfortunately like many places cash only makes it hard as don't always carry cash and find in these times Cash only is very strange.
I needed wood sheets cut to a certain cm to fit flooring, kayte served me and was quick and easy with the process. I gave wrong measurements first also and she still managed to cut another sheet of wood to sync up the missing cm. All I had to do was give my measurements and Selco dealt with the rest.
Good range of products but be warned to check your receipt as they will charge for you for something completely different than the thing your actually purchased.
This is my local branch on Tong Strret, Bradford.nService has always been good here, however on this particular occasion, a few days ago, I was so impressed by an employee who assisted me that I really felt I should put in this review.nMick was the chaps name and his customer service was amazing, I am so impressed.nThank you very much for your advice, expertise and professional manner, a credit to Selco!nChris happy customer.
