Very friendly, efficient, clean. The coving was a little crooked on the ceiling but someone came in and fixed it in the night while we were asleep. That's what I call excellent customer service. Sorry about playing Coronation Street on the trumpet in the early hours but people were banging on the wall so they must have liked it
Have just stayed here with Alfa Holidays and had a wonderful week! Room at the front with fabulous views across the bay.. It was freezing cold at first but this was soon rectified by reception who gave us and extra heater for the room...The food was really good with an excellent choice and the waiters excelled themselves especially Joshua Would definitely stay again.....

Hotel has fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde.All the staff were very friendly the meals were very good with good variations and the entertainment was excellent.
It’s kinda a bit weird here. Lots of big coach parties so breakfast was like being in snd peoples home. Free entertainment, amazing drink prices and fabulous views from the dining area. Our room was small, carpet worn and tatty but it did for us.
