I absolutely love this salon, after going here for 5 years now, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Emma beauty is amazing - she is friendly, funny, professional and a brilliant beauty therapist. All of the staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and good at making you feel pampered. I always leave feeling so relaxed and very happy. The salon is bright and cheerful and always has a happy atmosphere. 5 stars on all aspects. I've not visited the new coffee shop yet, but looking forward to trying it soon.

Took my daughter for a cut & the service we had was excellent and far beyond what I expected! She was really nervous and is a very shy child but all staff were so kind and helped her feel welcome and looked after. Her cut by Helen was just what we wanted & looked great. Will definitely be bringing her back!

When I worked in London I used to get my hair cut in an upmarket salon in the West End. When i relocated to work in my own office in Wantage I asked a colleague for a local recommendation. He suggested Segais. 15 years later and I haven't been anywhere else. Nor will I.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Had a consultation with Chloe about getting highlights and a root tint. She told me that my hair was in such bad condition she wouldnt colour it as it would break. I thought this was ridiculous so I went to 2 other salons to get their advice and they told me my hair was dry but in relatively good condition. I have since had my hair done in another salon and it looks great. I think she was inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing so telling me my hair was in bad condition was the best option for her. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend this salon.

This has to be the best hair salon i have been to over the years.  I have my hair styled by Jade who is just amazing. She knows exactly how to colour, cut and style my hair and i always feel like a million dollars when i leave. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend sergais. It was my first time and Lucy to was really lovely. She gave me lots of options with my hair and made sure I was happy. Lovely hair cut experience in a nicely presented salon. Their late evening opening is great for working life too no recommend.

The beauty saloon is excellent, special praise to Tori she is a super-brilliant beautician. Not the same can be said about the hairdressers. Last time there the work has been rushed and the result very poor, and they charged me more than the price they told me over the phone. I won't be going there again for wash and dry.

Had booked a 6pm app and my car broke down. Rang them to explain I would be running late but would still be coming which they said was fine. Arrived as soon as I could to be told I was too late and they wouldn't be able to accommodate me even with 4 stylists standing behind reception. I was told even if another stylist who was free were to dry my hair it still wasn't an option. Extremely disappointed that I wasn't told on the phone if I didn't arrive by X time I wouldn't be seen or receive a call to tell me this. . Completely wasted journey!

I received  great customer care and the hairdressers was very attentive to my requirements. I had a discount which I mentioned while booking the appointment but they didn't give the discount. Other than that I was happy with the service
