Ordered a custom outfit last minute for a wedding, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Everything was perfect including the design and the fitting, didn’t need to change a thing. Even though it was last minute the outfit came on time. Staff are very friendly and helpful and Seema did a great job in recreating the outfit I wanted!!
Had the best experience at Seema’s ! Purchased my bridal outfit from here and it’s absolutely stunning ! My sister and family members have also come to purchase and loved the service by Seema aunty herself and the staff members too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! would give 10 stars if I could !
Ordered my bridal lengha from here and my sister’s bridesmaids dresses. They came out perfect. We did need them altered which is normal as they got their in house tailor to do this for us within a week. We was all really happy with the service they provided us. Special thanks to seema and happy for handling our order process from start to end.
If i could give no stars i would. Ordered bridesmaids dresses from here. Apparently dresses were done and just sitting in the shop 3 weeks before i actually called. Paid extra for the tailoring service.. TRASH. First of all the dresses came extremely loose not adhering to the measurements that were taken on the first day. Sent it back to the tailors 3 times.. 3 TIMES. Gave me square shoulders, still was loose and completely failed to understand what we wanted. Avoid this shop if you can. Not worth the headache. I made a mistake and didnt read reviews before i ordered with them. Additionally, all the owner wants to do is slyly rinse your money. So just save your money and definately get from elsewhere. On top of that the employees are no help, wont go to deep into it.. just trust this review and stay away.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do not buy your wedding dress from here!!! They caused me so much stress and grief during my experience here. Despite ordering my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses 5 months prior to my event, they came a week before my event and also had the wrong border on my dupattas. Instead of fixing the mistake made I had her husband shouting at me through the phone saying they will not fix the problem, that they’re already losing money in the business for personal reasons sorry but this has NOTHING to do with me because a business is a business so they don’t want to reduce the price AND that I should just go get a wedding dress somewhere else if I’m not happy despite it being a week before my wedding . I was stressed and disgusted by this attitude as I had the paperwork to prove that it was their mistake. Only after they realised it was their mistake we got a simple apology and the most minute fraction of the price reduced which was honestly not enough. Even during collection, Seema, herself, grunted and gave a dirty attitude because her husband reduced the total price by literal the tiniest bit. I am NOT satisfied with my experience here and the customer service here is disgusting and I will NOT recommend this shop. It’s better to go doli or any other shop which is down the road where you can actually get good service!
AVOID THIS PLACE! Waste of time and money. Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago they ask for a specific date and deposit so gave the exact date and another day on top and paid deposit. Only to receive the worst customer service! Customer has to chase them they never call with an update. Seema even said to me what will she do with the dress now like it's my fault that it's not come in time. They even charge fee of 25% for refund. So we wasted money on fuel to go there to get a refund and they get 25% for nothing. They gave me numerous excuses so they don't have to give me refund to then insult me at the end because I wanted my refund. They are quick to take money but very persistent on not giving the money back. If you are willing to take a chance to see that this shop will give you your monies worth go ahead but I will never go back there.
I bought the all orange bridal mehndi lengha here a few weeks ago, albeit the dress is okay it was not really worth the £300 we paid for it; i do really wish i shopped around instead. I placed the order on 25th Feb, and was advised it would be ready in 4 weeks ! but it was actually ready for end of April. I didn’t receive any communication during the waiting period, just a call at the end after i had chased via WhatsApp twice with no response & their phone line is impossible. When placing the made-to-measure order, I had mentioned I wanted the skirt to have extra cancan so it looked more puffy and bridal. Upon first fitting, this was not done and the lengha top was soo baggy & long. They offered to ‘fix’ the blouse for me but when I received it last week it was basically the same. For the cancan, they were adamant I didn’t mention I wanted extra puff so said I could either take some extra material and do it myself or they can go halves£20 each with me to take it to a tailor???! I mentioned the above to the ladies at Bidaai who did my wedding lengha and they offered to fix it for me with their in-house tailor for free which was super sweet. I would deffo recommend them instead ladies for a stress free experience x
I ordered all my bridesmaids outfits and they are perfect! Exactly what I wanted and great quality. Very happy with the final dresses
