Stephen is just the nicest guy! We called him to ask if he could help with our stuck back door and he came the next morning, calling ahead to let us know he was on his way.. He charged us exactly what he estimated for us on the call the previous day and fitted the new part within 10 minutes as he already had one on his van. As the job was done quickly, he then sat with us for a chat whilst he finished his coffee. Would highly recommend Stephen if you want professionalism with a friendly and down to earth touch. Contacted several tradespeople for a simple door handle repair. Stephen responded very quickly, asked for a photo, advised on timescale and quoted reasonably with the cost including parts, all via chat. It helps to have a face photograph on Google! Promptly turned up and the job was completed quickly. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Ive used Stephen multiple times and I've always been happy with the service and the experience he brings. Never needed to call him back to fix his work, it's always been right first time with no issues.
Stephen arrived early on both occasions when we needed two external doors fixed. He did a professional job and both doors are now fully working again. Used this guy last year to fix the lock and no problem until the lock went again, was hoping it was covered under warranty. Ignored my calls, E mail and text. Finally got through by withholding my number. Fair enough he came round straight away, but not covered under the warranty. Instead it needed re aligningtightening of screws and a couple of stones removing of the threshold. 10 minutes later and a very expensive £80 bill. NB keep your door threshold clean.
I rang Stephen when I had an issue with both of my doors, 1 I couldn't unlock at all gearbox needed replacing and the other needed its hinges adjusting as it was very difficult to open and close. I rang Saturday morning and he arrived within 4 hours. Both doors were fixed within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price for a weekend callout. I would highly recommend Stephens work and will definitely use him again if I ever need any more work doing.
Stephen was both the consummate professional, and affable company during the fitting of my new locks. He arrived punctually, diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a range of options. The job was done within the hour. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
