Had an absolutely fab pre wedding pampering session with Claire today, I had mani/pedi with gel nails on hands & feet, waxing & the best facial I’ve ever had, all done in a very relaxed setting. Claire is very easy going & welcoming, she made me feel totally at ease & 3.5 hours went by in a flash! Claire also does makeup & ive got her booked to do my wedding makeup. I highly recommend her & she is definitely worth 5*

I've just passed my manicure at the secret retreat, and Claire heywood is a fantastic tutor she makes you feel totally relaxed I would recommend anyone wanting to do nails, or any beauty to come to the secret retreat to learn it's very very friendly

I cannot praise this teaching environment enough. I have been supported throughout my courses more than I could have hoped for. The learning environment and course content is second to none.
