Lovely all the way around! The staff always so friendly and helpful, food, coffee, and tea were AMAZING and just a superb experience every single time we visit! They even humored my need of non-runny eggs! Can't forget to mention the fact that they offer a vegetarian breakfast! Highly, highly recommend it here!Food: 5/5
Came for lunch. Very clean and the staff are lovely, service is a little slow, but I'd rather them take their time than rush. Ordered a vegetarian breakfast the tomatoes were freezing in the middle part of the plate, toast was lovely and plenty of food. Our daughter had a kids picnic box, sandwich was made fresh, nice choice of sandwiches and plenty for her to eat. She really liked it there. Ordered a thick milkshake, for the price o expected it to be amazing.... it was just crusha banana flavouring in some milk. We would go again but maybe not some of the choices on the menu... my other half had the chicken curry... it was a good plate ful 2 naan bread, rice we ordered chips too. Sometimes just hit and miss with heat, last time I went with my dad the food was lovely.
Staff friendly enough but really slow service in a not overly busy cafe. Ordered a coffee and a tea which came with a jug that had hardly any spout and overfull so the milk spilled anywhere but the cups. We bought 2 cream cakes for after our sandwiches, nothing fancy just 2 prawn one brown and one white. These took 30 minutes to arrive by which time we had finished our drinks and the cakes were about at room temperature. Again, friendly staff but on the whole a disappointing £19.00
Nice place, but the manner of the female manager leave alot to be desired! She doesn't seem to have any customer service skills. Second time visit, same service both times... We won't be returning!Food: 3/5
Clean establishment accessed via stairs within the Cooplands bakery. No access for people with mobility issues. Toilets available. Varied menu, find a table, then order at the counter. Reasonable waiting time for food. Wheelchair accessibility: None
Absolutely terrible place and one of the worst in Louth. Lady with glasses that served us was so rude and looked down her nose at us. Food was not nice at all and seemed like it was rushed. I would not recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: No disability accessibility
Staff are always very friendly & helpful. Always a pleasant smile. Go & enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
Nice place, was surprised it wasn't busier. We just had tea and cake which was excellent value, this enormous piece of cake and a cup of tea was just £4!!
Good food at very reasonable prices. Very clean cafe.
Cake and coffee. What's not to like? Served by a lovely woman who was professional, polite and efficient. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.
