I bought two second-hand full spec Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I never saw them in person, so was not entirely sure what to expect. I spoke with Simon H. through email, who patiently replied to all my questions and provided photos, plus a detailed description of the chairs condition. The payment and delivery arrangements were straight-foward and in a matter of a few days, the chairs were in my possession. They looked almost brand new and arrived inside Herman Miller cardboard boxes. It felt as if I had bought them directly from the brand itself. My pallet delivery was handled by a separate service. Simon kindly redirected my order to Phillip C. who was in charge of delivery arrangements. It was a smooth process, you don't get tracking functionality, but I had an estimate day and arrival slot AM, PM. The driver gave me a quick call a few minutes before arrival and left the pallet at the kerbside as agreed. In summary, I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends.
Excellent Company to work with. Simon and Richard are really great people. Wide range of stock. Manage to find everything I needed under one roof. Thanks you.
