Booked for the first time this year with Seaside Travel Sacriston and couldn't praise the girls enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely relaxed atmosphere from the minute you step in the shop. Definitely be using this shop again and keep telling all my friends to add the fb page as loads of bargains to be had. Thank you to Katie and the girl x

The customer service wasn't good at all, I had to keep ringing up because no one e would get back to me.  Purchased a experience for my son for Christmas and it took until August to receive a refund because the staff could not sort the change over. Won't be using them again
