We ordered last Friday night and they delivered to our stay in Ringwood. We got a call to say they would be half hour late to which they offered drinks and on delivery they gave a full refund, which wasn't needed! The food was absolutely amazing, the best I've had in many years and is definitely worth more than 5 stars. If we're back down there again, we will be ordering again, thank you for going above and beyond, couldn't recommend these enough!
Amazing Had small cod, pea fritter, small chips for lunch this week Small fish was good size, batter was crispy and dry. Wife enjoyed the pea fritter, not greasy at all. Good size portion of chips to share.

Popped in for Cod and Chips. The food was excellent, especially the fish and freshly cooked without much of a wait. Recommended.
Sadly we didn't get to try the food. We pre ordered as per website suggests and arrived on time to collect. Waited 10 minutes to be served, then finally gave my order number to be told I had to wait for chips to cook . Where is the point in pre-ordering for collection if your order isn't ready for you? ...more staff needed and a system put in place. It looked incredibly disorganised. Decided not to wait any longer and went to Karsbergs who had an efficient team behind the counter and served me very quickly.

Has to be up there in my top 3 fish n chip shops and I'm talking countrywide. Superb chips and crisp batter on fish the size of your plate. Why the long long queues and waits? Answered above!
Excellent chips and well cooked cod. Good sized portions and good special lunch deals £5.45 for standard fish and chips -2021 prices. Highly recommended. Closed on Sunday, Monday & Tuesdays.
Thank you so much for the best gluten free fish & chips. Driving past this evening I decided to take a chance and pop in. Being gluten intolerant it's so hard to just randomly walk in a takeaway, order gluten free fish & chips and to be told no problem. I usually walk away with just chips . I have never been here before but will definitely drive up here next time I fancy fish & chips. Generous portion, hot food, service with a smile. Thank you
We don't live off Fish and Chips, but when we moved down here in 2013 it was not nice. But the new owners have made it the best one for a long distance. Crispy batter fresh fish and perfect Chips.
