Sea Treats scammed me. Took payment for pet treats and never delivered. No amount of follow-up emails was able to get a reply or refund.  Avoid at all costs. Bounce & Bella have a lot of the same items and much better service.

Great dog treats at a good price. The two orders I’ve made to date were received very quickly after ordering. I would have given a 5 star rating but a phone message I left wasn’t acknowledged.

Really didn't want to write this, but I have had the worst service ever on two occasions from this Company. The product is good, which is why I gave them a second chance, but their customer service is non existent. They don't answer the phone, emails, or call you back. The first time my order took over 3 weeks after debiting my account, to receive less than half of the order, the second time it has been 3 weeks, and It still hasn't been sent, and I can't get through to them. They took payment as soon as I placed the order.

Used this company for a some time and was really happy with service and quality of treats. But something happened and have stopped using as you never know when you'll receive your orders, they never respond to enquiries about your orders.
