Good menu and well cooked but service is far from good. Proper training of serving staff needed. Owners do not like criticism of their service so hard to get improvement here.
Food excellent. Toilets immaculate. Lovely location and magnificent decor. Service was first class and food arrived quickly. Well recommended. Definitely a restaurant rather than a cafe.
We visit The Shanty every time we stay in Treaddeur. That alone tells you its good. There is a reduced menu at present but they have ensured quality, well being and safety under very difficult circumstances due to Covid 19. Well done everyone x
This place was recommended as a great place to eat, unfortunately having travelled some distance to eat there, I asked for seating for two? WE ARE FULL.. is there a waiting period? NO... Could we order and eat outside? NO, WE DON'T SERVE FOOD OUTSIDE... We were turned away with a 1000 yard stare. Far from friendly..
Lively happy place. The food is a little pricey but worthy given the quality. The staff are happy and friendly and management have clearly worked very hard to ensure they are covid ready, and it shows. Portions are huge , happy family!
